Plot Outline: A film that explores the dark and miserable southern town Basin City and tells the story of three different people, all caught up in the violent corruption of the city."  The plot outline doesn't do this movie justice. This movie is a visual feast from beginning to end. It's based on the Frank Miller comic book and Miller and Robert Rodriquez obviously had a vision of how they wanted this movie to look and it really looks like no other movie ever made. Graphically strong sets, beautiful women in distress and hero's to save the damsels make up this story. One of the best scenes is the Jessica Alba whipping scene which we've caped and shown below along with a video of the scene. It this doesn't wet your appetite to see the movie, nothing will. It is a violent movie but it's cartoon type violence more than anything. Everyone should have this in their library because it's a visual feast and one of the most unique movies ever made.
